Arriving as a Vietnamese refugee and immersed in the many cultures that gathered around in the suburbs meant we travelled the world in one day with our palates.

Eating nose to tail and honoring the whole animal Eating nose to tail and honoring the whole animal is something I grew up watching my mum do. Nothing goes to waste and the parts that are often discarded in the Western world are the most nutritious and prized in traditional cultural practices. ​​​​​​​​​
I feel so blessed to be able to work with the most humanely raised animals, living naturally in their environment contributing to the restoration of the land and nourishing our team. 

This whole pig was celebrated for my mums birthday as a traditional celebration at @therangeestates.

A powerful and nourishing weekend celebrating my f A powerful and nourishing weekend celebrating my friends birthday with incredible women 🌸

We laughed, we cried, we cleared, purged and downloaded new programs. We shared our hearts, our words and our tools as women should, to help each other remember the magic we seek is within ourselves and in our own hands. 

And in our own hands to connect deeply with ourselves and our partners, the fathers of our children. 

My improvised bag of certified organic limes πŸ˜‚ to demonstrate Karsai Nei Tsang for our men. A Taoist therapeutic massage of the sexual organs, to unblock and allow the flow of Jing Chi, sexual life force energy - the force behind creativity, abundance, love and multi orgasmic pleasure. On a physical level this practice is believed to improve circulatory blood flow assisting in balancing hormone production as we age as well as improving the intimate connections with each other when these blockages are released. This also enables more awareness, presence and intuitive connection.

After the practice, we swam in the ocean as it pummeled us with huge waves to push us out to shore, cleansed and revitalized as we stepped out and turned to see in awe the big fins swimming in the waters was a shark! 🦈 I felt so strong and powerful with these women around me πŸ’ͺ

What an incredible weekend and to come home to be celebrated by the men in my life πŸ™ Happy Mothers Day 🌸

Chop or tear the whole bouquet, add a sprinkling of nuts, seeds or your favourite protein and simply dress it with 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper to taste 🌱
