Frozen Yoghurt Bark with Honey
Frozen Yoghurt Bark… I don’t know who invented this but I’m very grateful for it! I have seen so many amazing variations on the internet and the options are just endless, I made this Frozen Yoghurt Bark with Honey and whatever I had at home, and you can do the same using fresh or frozen fruit, dried fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, cacao nibs or anything else you have on hand.
I reallyΒ love including my kids in the kitchen, and this is one treat they can pretty much do themselves (apart from chopping up the fruit). They are also rewarded with a really delicious treat.

I use an organic sugar free homemade style yoghurt, any natural unsweetened yoghurt would work, organic would be even better!
- 2 small pots of natural unsweetened yoghurt (about 100mls)
- 2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1/2 banana peeled and sliced
- 2 strawberries sliced
- small handful of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- Pulp of 2 passionfruit mixed with 2 tsp coconut water (or water)
- Line a small tray or plate with baking paper
- Spread the yoghurt just under 1 cm thick evenly over the baking paper
- Swirl the honey through the yoghurt
- I then start with the biggest pieces, so firstly I layer the banana and strawberry slices
- Scatter the raspberries
- Then lightly spread the passionfruit mixture over the top
- Pop in the freezer until set, then chop up and enjoy immediately!
